Shipping & Returns
Please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day. Orders received after 5 PM ET on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.
When the fish are biting expect delays- early bird gets the worm.
Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.
If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
Shipping restrictions: We are currently unable to ship outside of the United States of America. If you are not in this area, and would like to place an order, please contact us directly, and we will see if there are options.
Shipping rates: Shipping rates are applied at check out. Our starting flat rate is $8.25. We typically ship via USPS. If there is a free shipping promotion, please use the code provided. Currently, all orders over $50 ship for free. You must put in the code CATCH50+ at checkout in order for free shipping to be applied
RETURNS: After approval, returned items need to be in the original packaging and not used. Items need to be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. All approved returns will receive full credit card reimbursement, minus a 10% processing fee. We are a small business so please be sure of your purchase; we are not Amazon!!!
